Bereavement Support
When someone you love dies, it can literally be a life-shattering event. Grief can make you feel raw – physically and emotionally – and you probably feel that life will never be the same again.
People experience a variety of emotions ranging from anger (what have I done to deserve this?) to numbness and deep sadness. Some people even experience physical symptoms and literally have an ache in their heart.
People deal with grief differently. For some, grief is an intensely private matter and they want to deal with it alone. For others, talking about how they feel helps them to cope.
